Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

When you make a booking enquiry: your name, email and the travel dates you provide. When you join the newsletter or a destination waitlist: your email. When you create an operator or traveller account: your email and the details you enter. When you use the site: basic, mostly anonymous analytics such as pages viewed and device type.

To connect you with the operator you want to book and let them confirm your trip. To send you booking-related messages, and newsletters or launch updates you asked for. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

When you enquire about an activity, we share your name, email and dates with that specific operator so they can confirm your booking. That is the point of the enquiry. We also use trusted service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database and accounts), our email provider (booking and newsletter messages), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous usage analytics). They process data only on our behalf.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (such as keeping you signed in) and for anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may then not work.

We keep booking enquiries and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the GDPR and Slovenian law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to certain processing, and you can unsubscribe from any newsletter with one click. To exercise any of these, email hello@roundtripski.com. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian data protection authority (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
