Terms of Service

Roundtripski is a booking platform that helps travellers discover and reach independent local adventure operators across the European Alps and Japan. We are based in Lake Bled, Slovenia.

We are not the provider of the activities listed. Every experience is run by an independent operator who is solely responsible for delivering it.

When you book or enquire through Roundtripski, your booking contract is directly between you and the operator that runs the activity. We introduce you and pass on your details so the operator can confirm. We are not a party to that contract.

The operator sets their own availability, prices, schedule, meeting points, equipment, safety rules, age, health and weight requirements, and cancellation policy. Please confirm these directly with the operator before you travel.

Availability is never guaranteed. Many activities are outdoor and weather dependent, and an operator may reschedule or cancel for safety or conditions. Where we show phrases such as instant confirmation or free cancellation, these apply only when the operator offers them for that specific activity, and the operator’s own terms always govern.

Prices are set by the operator and shown for guidance. They can change, and the price you pay is the one the operator confirms at the time of booking. We do not add a booking fee for travellers.

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the operator’s own policy, shown on the listing. Any refund is arranged with the operator, since payment is made to them, not to us.

We work to keep destination and activity information accurate, but details can change and some content is general guidance. If you spot something wrong, tell us at hello@roundtripski.com and we will correct it. Operators may request corrections to anything written about them.

You are responsible for choosing activities suitable for your ability and health, for following the operator’s safety instructions, and for arranging your own travel insurance. Adventure activities carry inherent risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Roundtripski is not liable for the acts, omissions, safety or quality of any operator, or for any loss arising from an activity you book through us. The operator is responsible for the service they provide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Operators who list with us agree to provide accurate information, hold the licences, certifications and insurance required for their activities, honour the prices and terms they publish, and deliver the experiences they list. Listings are reviewed before going live and may be paused or removed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of Roundtripski means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
